- RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions, booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes.
Merchandise in unused and satisfactory condition may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 (seven) days upon receipt of order.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Made to order items or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged in stores. Exclusively online
We offer free cleaning and polishing services for the period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. Applied only in showrooms
- REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made in the form of store credit and is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
Store credit will be issued within 1 (one) week after we receive the returned product.
We highly recommend reviewing and verifying the product prior to confirmation to avoid any unnecessary exchange or refund.6.4 Refund of money will be made ONLY in the event of a manufacturing defect.
